This is to notify you that your Bid dated 04/01/2012 and your letter dated 25/04/2012 vide memo no. DS/S-1/2012-613 for the execution of the Supply for 02 Cross Country 4WD Vehicles, Package No. SRIIP/Vehicles/G01 under Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Improvement Project (SRIIP) for the Contract Price Tk. 1,53,00,000.00 (in words Taka One Crore Fifty Three Lac), as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) represented by Project Director, Sustainable Rural Infrastructure Improvement Project (SRIIP).

You are requested to proceed with the execution of the supply of 01 (One) No. Cross Country 4WD Vehicles for the Contract Price Tk. 76,50,000.00 (in words Taka Seventy Six Lac Fifty Thousand) and the related services and note that this Revised Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of a Contract, which shall become binding upon you furnishing a Performance Security amounting to Tk. 7,65,000.00 (in words Taka Seven Lac Sixty Five Thousand) within fourteen (14) days, in accordance with ITB Clause 50,and the signing the Contract Agreement within twenty-one (21) days, in accordance with ITB Clause 51.
