This is to notify you that your Tender dated 10.05.2012 for the execution of the Works for Horizontal Extension of i) Mohipur RNGPS ii) Madhapara Hat Bamoni GPS , Package No. PEDP-III/GBD/SAP/2011-2012/w2.0240 for the Contract Price of Tk 1,09,57,202.73 ( One Crore Nine Lac fifty seven thousand two hundred two and paisa seventy three ) only, as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Addl. Chief Engineer, Agargong, Sherebangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207.asper vide memo No. LGED/PEDP-III/D-5/2012 ( Part-12)/2392 dated 03.06.2012.

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (7) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1

ii. furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk 5,47,860.14 ( Five Lac forty seven thousand eight hundred sixty and paisa fourteen ) only ,within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24.06.2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 08.07.2012, in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2.

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
