This is to notify you that your Tender dated 08-05-2012 for
the execution of the Works for
Re-construction of
(1)Hossenpur community & (2) Uttar Horrirumpur community primary school Package No. PEDP-III/DIN/BRM/2011-12/W2.0542 for the Contract Price of Tk 9323960.00 (Taka Ninty three lac twenty three thousand
nine hundred sixty only ) as corrected and
modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved
by Upazila Engineer, LGED, Upazila: Birampur, District:
.Dinajpur.
You are thus requested to take following
actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven
(7) working days of its issuance pursuant to
ii.
furnish a
Performance Security in the form as
specified and in the amount of Tk 466198.00 (Four lac sixty six thousand one
hundred ninty eight only) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this
Notification of Award but not later than
10-06-2012 , in accordance with
iii.
sign the Contract
within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 24-06-2012 in accordance
with
You may proceed with the execution of
the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please
note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this
Contract which shall become binding
upon you.
