Shadullah Com.Pry.School including Furniture supply. (Package No. PEDP-III/JML/SAD/W2.0472)
for the Contract Price of Tk=1,68,92,688.50
(in words: One Core Sixty eight Lac ninety two thousand six hundred eighty
eight & Paisa fifty )only, as
corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers is
hereby accepted by the Authority.
You are requested to proceed with the execution of
the Works on the basis that this Notification of Award shall constitute the
formation of a Contract, which shall become binding upon you furnishing a
Performance Security amounting to Tk.8,44,635.00 (Eight Lac forty four thousand
six hundred thirty five) only may for in the form of pay order or Bank Draft or
irrevocable bank guaranty .within fourteen (14) days, of this Notificaction of
Award but not later than (19/06/2012) in
accordance with ITT Clause 65,
and signing the Contract Agreement within
twenty-eight (28) days of issuence of this Notification of Award but not later
than (03/07/2012) in accordance with ITT Sub-Clause 69.2.
Your may proceed with the execution of the works only
upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this
Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract. Which
shall become binding upon you.
