This is to notify you that your Tender dated 16-05-2012 for the execution of the works Reconstruction of Primary School Including furniture Supply A) AKUBPUR COMMUNITY , B) SINGUAR PAR GPS. Package No:PEDP-III/KSG/TAR/2011-12/W2.0116 under Third Primary Education Development Program (PEDP-III) for the Contract Price of Tk =1,12,72,947.27 (One Core twelve lac seventy two thousand nine hundred forty seven & Paisa twenty seven Only) as corrected and Modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers has been approved by the Authority.

You are thus requested to take following actions”

i. Accept in writing the Notification of Award within Seven (07) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub-clause 63.1

ii. Furnish a performance security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk. 5,64,000/- (Five lac sixty four thousand only) within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Notification of award but not later than 28-06-2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65.

iii. Sign the contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of award but not later than 12-07-2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the work for Reconstruction of Primary School Including furniture Supply A) AKUBPUR COMMUNITY , B) SINGUAR PAR GPS only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.
