This is to notify you that your Tender dated 15/05/2012 for the execution of the Works for Construction of Bhoronchori Government .Primary School Building Including Sanitary works, sinking of Tube-well, Furniture Supply & Electrification works(Horijontal Extension) Package No. 1500/WD1. 577 under Establishment of 1500nos Primary School Building in unschool area for the Contract Price of Tk. 52,76,277.58 (Taka Fifty two lac seventy six thousand two hundred seventy seven and paisa fifty eight) only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer (Maintenance) LGED Agargaon. Sher-e-Bangla Nagar. Dhaka-1207

You are thus requested to take following actions:

I. accept in writing the Notification of Award within seven (07) days of its issuance pursuant to

ITT Sub-clause 31.1

II. furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk 2,64,000/= (Two lac sixty

four thousand) only within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this letter not later than 27.06.2012 in

accordance with ITT Clause 32.1

III. sign the Contract within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this letter but not later than 11.07.2012 in

accordance with ITT Clause 33.2

You may proceed with the execution of the works Construction Bhoronchori Government .Primary School Building Including Sanitary works, sinking of Tube-well, Furniture Supply & Electrification works (Horijontal Extension) only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.
