This is to notify you that your Tender dated 03/05/201for the execution of the work for RE-Construction of Durgapur Omedia & North Degreer char Madhabdia Reg, Non Govt.Primary School including furniture Supply.(Package No. PEDP-III/FRD/SAD/2011-12/W1.0079) for the contract price of Tk.1,13,31,622.33 (Tk. one Core thirteen lac thirty one thousand six hundred twenty two & paisa thirty three) Only as corrected and modified in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer (Maintenance), LGED, LGED Bhaban(3^rd Level), Agargaon Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207. vide Memo No. LGED/PEDP-3/D-05/2012(part-22)/2536 dt. 06/06/2012

You are thus requested to take following actions:

i	accept in writing the Notification of Award within 7 (Seven) working days of its issuance pursuant to ITT Sub Clause 63.1
ii	furnish a Performance Security in the form as specified and in the amount of Tk .5,66,581/- (Tk. Five lac sixty six thousand five hundred eighty one)Only, within fourtbbn (14) working days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but not later than 14/07/2012 in accordance with ITT Clause 65
iii	sign the Contract within 28(Twenty eight) days of issuance of this Notification of Award but not later than 17/07/2012 in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 69.2

You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you.

We attach the draft Contract and all other documents for your perusal and signature.
