This is to notify you that your Tender dated 14/05/12 for the execution
of the Works Construction of Dorikandi GPS,
Morichakanda Community & Sarrabad
Dakhin RNGPS . for the Contract Price of Tk.
1,32,97,751.48 ( One Crore Thirty Two Lac
ninety seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty oneTaka &Paisa
Forty Eight only ), as corrected and modified in accordance
with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by Additional Chief Engineer, Agargong,
Sherebangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207. as per vide memo No. LGED/PEDP-III/D-5(Part-17)/2012/2485
dated 06.06.2012.
You are thus requested
to take following actions:
i.
accept in writing the Notification
of Award within seven (7) working days of
its issuance
pursuant to ITT sub clause 63.1
ii.
furnish a Performance Security in
the form as specified and in the amount of Tk.
6,65,000.00 ( Six
Lac sixty five Thousand Taka Only ) within fourteen (14)
days of acceptance of this Notification of Award but
not later than 04/07/2012 in
accordance with ITT
Clause 65.
iii. Sign the Contract
within twenty eight (28) days of issuance of this Notification of Award
but not later than 18/07/2012
in accordance with ITT Clause 69.2.
You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon competition of the above tasks. You
may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this contract which shall become binding upon you.
We attach the Contract and all other documents
for your perusal and signature.
