Brief Description of Contract |
There are 8
person-months of international experts, and 54 person-months of national
experts in Municipal Capacity Development (MCD) Consultancy Services. As this
is a sector project, professional inputs have been staggered over the project
period. The Municipal Capacity Development (MCD) Consultant will be engaged
with the Project Management and Coordination Unit (PMCU) established under
LGED to implement the capacity development program for municipalities covered
under the project. The main objective of the MCD Consultancy services is to
provide hands-on training and supports for municipalities to meet the
performance target focused on three main areas: resource mobilization,
