Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a Loan from Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of City Region Development Project (CRDP) ADB Loan no. 2695 BAN (SF), and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the works as mentioned in para-2. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries of the Asian Development Bank.

The Executive Engineer, Gazipur City Corporation, Gazipur now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderer for the purpose of the following works:

b) Replacement of 3.5 km existing damaged/ undersized water supply pipelines: [ (i) Shasan road near nayabari point to Shibbari micro stand; (ii) Rajbari main road near Rani Bilashmoni H. School point to Rajdighir Par; (iii) Pre-cadet school to Jamati Islami Office; (iv) Govt. Girls Collage to Madhapara 5-storied building];

c) Regeneration of 3 nos. existing PTWs at (i) Bazar, (ii) Baruda and (iii) Laxmipura;

d) Electro-mechanical repairing of 8 nos. pump houses at (i) Bazar; (ii) North Bilashpur; (iii) Boruda; (iv) Laxmipura; (v) Graveyard; (vi) Talukderpara; (vii) Modhopara mondir; and (viii) Niammot Sarak;

e) Construction of 2 nos. pump houses for the replacement of PTWs at new locations (i) Chayabithi to Sasanghat; and (ii) Madhobari to Rathkhola; and

f) Repair/renovation of 9 nos. existing pump houses at (i) North Blashpur; (ii) Rajbari; (iii) Bazar; (iv) Boruda; (v) Laxmipura; (vi) Graveyard; (vii) Talukderpara; (viii) Maddhopara Mondir; and (ix) shohid Niamot Sarak.

8.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 (one hundred twenty) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified in the tender document. Interested tenderer may purchase the tender documents or obtain further information from the office as stated above & Office of the undersigned.
9.	All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security mentioned in Bangladesh Taka in the form of either Payment Order or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee for Tender Security from any Schedule Bank in favour of The Mayor, Gazipur City Corporation, Gazipur and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers.
10.	The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.
11.	The authority reserves the right to accept any tender, or to accept any part of the tender, or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof and in such case no compensation will be entertained.
