| 22 | Eligibility of Applicant | (a) Valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with up-to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate with up-to date VAT clearance certificate etc.; | |||||||||
| (b) The minimum period of general experience of the applicant in the construction works shall be 5 (five) years; | |||||||||||
| (c) The Contractor shall have successfully completed at least a 400 m long Pre-stressed girder bridge with deep foundation (Well /Pile foundation) during a period of last 10(Ten) years and cost of bridge construction not below Tk.40 (forty) crore or is constructing at least a 600 m long pre-stressed girder bridge with deep foundation (Well/Pile foundation) with minimum cost of the bridge construction Tk. 60 (sixty) crore where at least 70% payments of the bridge has been received by the contractor. | |||||||||||
| (d) The required average annual turnover of last 5 (five) years shall be minimum Tk.60.00 crore. | |||||||||||
