Eligibility
of Applicant |
(a) Legal status of
tenderers like Valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with
up-to date income tax clearance certificate etc.; (b) The minimum
period of general experience of the applicant in the construction works shall
be 5 (five) years; (c) The required
number of similar contract shall be 02(two) over a period of last 10(ten) years
and must have experience in constructing at least 1(one) minimum 800 m long PC
Girder bridge over a river containing deep foundation ( bored pile/well) in a
single contract ;
(d) The required
average annual turnover of the tenderer during last 5 (five) years shall be greater than BDT 2500.00(Two
thousand five hundred only) million or
US $32.15 million equivalent over the last 05 years (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be BDT 320.00 (Three hundred twenty only)
million or US $4.12 million equivalent. |
