CORRIGENDUM
All
concerned are hereby noticed that due to unavoidable circumstances Invitations
for pre-qualification (IFP) published in "Zai Zai Din and The Financial
Express" along with CPTU and LGED website on 3rd August 2016, vide memo
no. LGED/PD/URCHDP(JT)/F-01/2016/03 dated 01/08/2016
for Excavation and Bank protection works, construction of Mural Wall and
Museum, Archaeological Rehabilitation, Multipurpose Cultural Building
Construction and Beautification Works. The following corrigenda are issued:

Eligibility of Applicant |
c) The required
number of similar contract shall be 01 (one) over a period of last 5 (five)
years and must have experience in Construction of a Multi-storied Building
Complex with a value of BDT 9,000 lakh. |
The required number of similar
contracts shall be 2 (two) over a period of last 5 (five) years and must have
experience in construction of multi-storied building complex with a total
value at least BDT 9,000 lakh. |

d) The
Bidder must have experience in the following key activities: i) Design and
Supervision of contract similar to the proposed works. ii) Design and Installation
of electro-mechanical items to be installed in an amusement park (fairy
wheels, balance and slipper etc.). |

e) The required average annual turnover
of the tenderer during last 5 (five) years shall be greater than BDT 1,0000 lakh (One Thousand Lakh Only). |
The

All
other terms and conditions as laid down in IFT notice will remain unchanged.
