Invitation for Tender (IFT)

Tender Notice No: LGED/ASSSRBP/IFT-01/2013-14

1. Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the eligible tenderers for the supply of following Goods.

2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Project Manager, Agricultural Support for Smallholders in South-Western Region of Bangladesh Project (ASSSRBP), LGED Bhaban( Level-8), 62, West Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207.

3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by any interested eligible tenderer upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of the above mentioned amount on all working days during normal office hours up to 28/04/2014 from the office of the undersigned.

4. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security mentioned in Bangladesh Taka in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft or in the form of irrevocable Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in favor of the “Project Manager, ASSSRBP, LGED" and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers on or before 14:00 hours on 29/04/2014.

5. Tenders will be publicly opened in presence of Tenderers or their authorized representatives who choose to attend at 15:00 hours on 29/04/2014 at the office of the undersigned.

6. The authority reserves the right to accept any tender, or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof and in such case no compensation will be entertained.
