Eligibility of Tenderer

-The maximum two number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of last five years -The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services -The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: supply and/or production capacity per year, 5(five) times the amount under contract, depending on type of procurement

Brief Description of Related Services

The successful bidder of the above equipment shall furnish the training of at least 2(Two) technical persons to enable them to inspect and service the above equipment in the manufacturers site. This bid will also include the services of these technical persons for at least a period of 5(Five) working days for training before delivery regarding operation and maintenance of equipments in the manufacturers country (if supplied from outside the purchasers country) preferable within the pre-shipment period. The trained persons shall be able to act as trainers to train the operators for operation and maintenance of these units. The cost of these services will be included in the bid price but not paid as separate item.
