5. Last date, time and places of opening of : 07May2012, 1:30 pm; and office of Quotations the undersigned. documents.

6. Quotation shall be valid for a period of 45 days after quotation opening. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderer /Supplier may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned. The Tenderer/ Supplier or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of quotation.
