Sealed Quotations are hereby invited form the eligible Clearing & Forwarding Agent experienced carrying contractor for Clearing & Transportation of Rubber bags for Kakra River Rubber Dam at Chirirbandar Upazila in Dinajpur District Under Construction of Rubber Dam in Small & Medium Rivers for Increasing of food Production Project (2nd Revised) from Chittagong port to Kakra River Rubber Dam sit as per terms and conditions defined in the Quotation Document.

:

Clearing & Forwarding Agent for Clearing & Transportation of Rubber bags from Chittagong port to Kakra River Rubber Dam site at Chirirbandar Upazilla.

2. Time for Completion

:

15 days.

:

25, November. 2015, 4.00 pm and office of the undersigned.

4. Last date, time and places

    of receiving quotation

:

26, November. 2015, 1.00 pm and office of the undersigned.

5. Last date, time and places

    of opening quotations

:

26, November. 2015, 1.30 pm and office of the undersigned.

 

6.   All quotations must be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the closing date of the Request for Quotations.The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned. The C & F agents or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of quotations.
