for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Selection of Firm/Company for Providing
Support Staff Services
1.
The Local
Government Engineering Department has been allocated public funds from the
Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh & European Union towards
the cost of project and it intends to apply part of these funds to payments
under the contract for the provision of Support Services under the project by a
firm/company on outsourcing basis.
2. The firm/company will be engaged to
provide services for the post of 02 nos Driver & 02 nos MLSS for Project
Director Office under Rural Employment And Road
Maintenance Programme (RERMP-2).

The Local
Government Engineering Department now invites eligible applicants to indicate
their interest in providing the services. Interested
firm/companies are invited
to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the
services (brochures, description of similar assignments, qualification and
experience among staffs, availability of appropriate staffs, financial &
technical capability, last 3 years turn over, logistics etc).

An applicant may associate with other
firm/company to enhance their qualifications. A firm/company will be selected
in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2008 of the People’s Republic
of Bangladesh. It is expected that the services will be commenced on December/2013
and shall be completed on June/2017.
5.
Interested firm/company may obtain

6.
Expressions of Interest shall be
submitted on or before 26/11/2013, in sealed
envelope delivered to the Project Director (RERMP-2), Level-10, LGED Bhaban,
Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207, and be clearly marked Request for
Expression of Interest for selection of Firm/Company for staff support services.
The procuring entity reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all the EOI without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
