The
Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has signed for financing
Official Development Assistance (ODA) Loan from Japan International Cooperation
Agency (JICA) towards the cost of ‘City Governance Project (CGP)’ (Loan
Agreement No. BD-P79) and intends to apply part of this credit to eligible
payment under the contract for Benefit Monitoring and Evaluation (BME)
Consultants for institutional
strengthening support activities for PIU and Project Coordination Office (PCO)
headed by the Project Director at Head Quarter level under the project by the
following individual national consultants. The Proposed man month and each
position are as follows:

The Project Director, City Governance Project
(CGP) now invites eligible applicants to express their interest for the above
mentioned positions. Interested applicants are invited to provide information
as per pro-forma developed by the project office. Each consultant will be
selected through an evaluation process using some criteria/sub-criteria in
accordance with the Bangladesh Public Procurement Rules ’2008 and/or’
guidelines for procurement under Japanese ODA Loan.
Interested
Applicants may obtain pro-forma or further information to the address below
during office hours up to 21/12/2014.

CPTU (www.lged.gov.bd & www.cptu.gov.bd).
Expressions
of Interest (EOI) in sealed envelope and be clearly marked “Expressions of
Interest for BME Consultants” with the name of the post shall be submitted by
the applicants to the Project Director, City Governance Project (CGP), Local
Government Engineering Department (LGED), RDEC Bhaban, Level-8, Agargaon,
Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207 on or before 22/12/2014 up to12.00 noon.
Any application submitted later than the specified date and time will not be
entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept/reject any or
all EOIs without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
