	INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT
19	Brief Description of the Assignment	:	Supervision Consultancy services is to assist LGED to supervise ensuring comliance with the policies/guidelines of GOB in connection with the implementation of the Constrution of Cleaners' Colony of Dhaka city Corporation. The specefic objective would be, but not necessarily be limited to; ■ Establish a system of Construction Supervision in/c setting standard procudure as per specification through demonestration and training to the contractors as well as LGED officials. ■ Extensive supervision and monitoring of building implementation in/c construction supervision,monitoring of buildings in three different location( Dholpur, Dayagonj and Sutrapur) ■ The day to day supervision shall be carried out by the consultant who shall coordinate with all relevant parties,in/c the coordination of all activities carried out by the contractors and their subcontractors. ■  Establish a project performance monitoring system in line with the targets,indicators, assumpations, and risk described in the Design Monitoring Framework of the project.
20	Minimum Experience		■The interested consulting firm should have experience of conducting design and supervision of at least 07 (seven) numbers of  06 (six) storied buildings. ■ The consulting firm should have experience of conducting of Environmental study of the similar nature of work.
21	Required Documents		The EOI shall be submitted along with the following documents. (a) Registration of the individual/JV firm, brochures etc. (b) List of similar nature of complited works during last 05(five) years in/c assignment name with brief description/contract date/completion date and other relevant information. (c) Organizational information, list of professional and general manpower with qualification and experience detail in permanent payroll. (d) availability of resources and logistics. (e) Turnover of last 05(five) years. (f) Evidence ( Experience Certificate, Contract Agreement etc.) of minimum experience as stated in Sl No 20.
22	Other Information		(a) Consulting firm will be selected in accordence with the procedure set out in the Public Procurement Rules-2008 (PPR-2008). (b) Interested consulting firms may obtain further information during office hour excepting Government holiday.
