Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)

For Selection of Firm/Company for staff Support Services.

1. The Local Government Engineering Department has allocated public funds from the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (GOB) towards the cost of the project and it intends to apply part of the funds to payments under the contract for the provision of Support Services for the project (listed below) by a Firm/Company on outsourcing basis.

2. Local Government Engineering Department now invites eligible Applicants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Firms/Companies are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the Services (brochures, description of similar assignments, qualification and experience among staff, availability of appropriate staff etc).

3. An Applicant may associate with other Firm/Company to enhance their qualifications. A Firm/Company will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules’2008 of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. It is expected that the Services will be commenced on September, 2014 and shall be completed on June 2018.

4. Interested Firm/Company may obtain information by applying to the address below during normal office hours. The Services required for the project are mentioned below.

5. Expression of Interest shall be submitted on or before 16/07/2014 in sealed envelop delivered to the office of the Project Director, Greater Mymensingh Rural Infrastructure Development Project, LGED Bhaban(Level-7), Agargaon, She-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh. Each EOI shall be sealed and marked clearly the name of the project.

6. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
