The primary objectives of this assignment are to prepare
Structural Design and Drawings of different type of bridges like RCC Girder
Bridge, PC Girder Bridge, box Girder Bridge, slab bridge design of bank
protection work, road site slop protection work etc. in consultation with
LGED officials and other professionals. |

a) Educational
Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University. b) Experience & adequacy for the
assignment: ·
Must
have overall working experience of minimum 20 (Twenty) years in the relevant
field of assignment i.e. planning and performing structural analysis and
design of RCC & PC bridges, (Foundation, substructures &
superstructures), RC culverts and other related structures like bank
protection Works, landing Jetty, road protective works and retaining wall
etc. Should also have good knowledge
on various types of bridge structural system, Beam/Girder Bridge, Arch
Bridge, Rigid Frame Bridge, Slab bridge etc. ·
Should
have knowledge on using standard code of practice i.e. AASHTO, ACI & IRC
etc. for analysis and structural design of Bridge and other related structure
as stated above. ·
Computer
proficiency in structural analysis and Design with the application of
appropriate software like STAAD-Pro, ETAPS etc. |

Supervision Engineer 4

The primary objectives of this
assignment is supervision of bridges under the project like RCC / PC / Box
girder bridges, slab bridges, bank protection work, road side slope
protection work etc. in consultation with LGED officials and other
professionals. The Consultant will review and comment on the hydrological and
morphological study report for bridge length ≥100meter and provide
data, drawing as well as necessary support to Architect/ Consultant/ LGED
Engineer for planning, designing, supervision & monitoring of bridges. |

a) Educational
Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University. b)
Experience & adequacy for the assignment: ·
Must have overall working experience of minimum 15
(fifteen) years in the relevant field
of assignment i.e. planning, monitoring, supervision and performing structural analysis and
design of RCC & PC bridges, (Foundation, substructures &

a)Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
from any recognized Institution. b)Experience
& adequacy for the assignment: ·
Must
have minimum 15(Fifteen) years experience in different organization relating
to similar assignment. ·
Should
have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective/ working
drawing, bar bending schedule, analysis of items of rates etc. of bridges, building
and other infrastructures. ·
Computer
proficiency in estimating software. |

The primary objectives of this assignment
are to prepare Architectural and Structural Design & Drawings of
different type of bridges like RCC Girder Bridge, PC girder Bridge, box

protection work, road, building, water structures etc. in consultation with
LGED officials and other professionals. |

|
a)Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Certificate in Building &
Architectural Drafting from any
recognized institution. b)Experience
& adequacy for the assignment: ·
Must have Diploma in Civil Engineering or Certificate in
Building & Architectural Drafting from any recognized institution having
relevant working experience of minimum 10 (Ten) years. ·
Should have sound knowledge on using CAD drawing, plan, section,
perspective/ working drawing, bar bending schedule etc. of different
infrastructures. ·
Should have sound knowledge on using standard code of practice
i.e. AASHTO, ACI, BNBC. ·
Computer proficiency in 2D & 3D modelling by the application
of appropriate software. |

Other Details: It is expected
that the services will be commenced on 1st July’2015 and shall be completed
by 30th June’2017 I.e. duration of service 24 (twenty four) months.

consultants are requested to submit

obtained from the office of the undersigned during normal office hours (or
available in the website: www.Cptu.gov.bd). A complete set of “Request for
Application “ including Terms of Reference also be
