	1.	CLKFP,S-02	LGED now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from a experienced Consulting Firm or Firms in joint venture / association (National) for conducting the Structural design of the proposed Loop of Khilgaon Flyover. The consultancy service includes : (a) Detailed surveying (Geometric Survey, plain table survey of the proposed bridge site) (b) Conducting soil test (c) Preparation of plan, structural design, drawings (d) Preparation of detail Engineering, Estimate, BOQ & tender documents and (e) Supervision of Construction work All payments for the consultancy services will be made in Bangladesh Currency i.e. Bangladeshi Taka.
EXPERIENCE, RESOURCES AND DELIVERY CAPACITY REQ’D
19	Required information & General experience		The Consulting Firm shall have a general experience of at least 10 (ten) years in designing of Flyovers or bridges with the specific experience in designing at least 4 (four) pre-stressed RCC Large Bridges, each of minimum 300m length in Bangladesh. The EOI shall be submitted along with the following documents: (a) Background of the firm with brochures. (including age of business of firm) (b) Summary of similar nature of works experience during last 10 (ten) years with assignment name/start date/completion date including financial year. (c) Organization information, manpower having relevant experience and proven professional qualification of similar nature . (d) Financial Statement supported by audit report for the last 3 (three) years.

20			A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Rules-2008. Interested consultants/consortium are requested to submit 03 (three) copies of EOI in a simple and clear form which should contain all relevant information.
