Brief Description of the
Assignment |
LGED now
invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from a Experienced Consulting Firm(National)
to conduct the Financial & Economic Analysis of following bridges:
Survey (a) Detailed Traffic
Survey. (b) Social Survey
Analysis (a) Benefit
Cost Ratio (BCR) (b) Net
Present Value (NPV) (c) Economic
Internal Rate of Return( EIRR) (d) Financial
Internal Rate of Return (FIRR) (e) Public
views regarding the impact of proposed construction. Method (a) Economic
& Financial Analysis will be conducted using Vehicle Operating Cost
Saving Approach (b) Public
views regarding the impact of proposed construction through PRA
(Participatory Rural Approach). |

Required Experience |
The Consulting
Firm shall have a general experience of at least 5 (Five) years in performing
at least 3 (Three) nos. of financial & economic analysis of rural
development projects. The EOI shall be submitted along with the following
documents. (a) Registration
of the firm (b) Background
of the firm with brochures. (c) Summary of similar nature of works
experience on the last 3 (Three) years with assignment name/start date/
completion date including financial year. (d) Organization information, manpower
having relevant experience and professional qualification. (e) Availability of resources. (f)
Support
services of the firm. |

a)
Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set
out in the Public Procurement Rules-2008 (PPR-2008). b)
Interested consulting firms may obtain further information form the
