Request for Expression of Interest
For
Selection of Individual Consultant
Bangladesh Institute of Research and Training on
Applied Nutrition (BIRTAN) has received a public funds from the Government of
the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh (GOB) toward the cost of “Infrastructure
Development and Strengthening of BIRTAN" under Department of Agriculture
Extension (DAE) and intends to apply part of the fund for payments as
Management fee for LGED. LGED intends to apply part of the management fee for
payments for the consultancy services for the project to be provided by the
individual consultant as below:

The Superintending
Engineer (Technical Support), LGED now invites eligible applicants to apply for
the positions mentioned above. Interested applicants are invited to provide
information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services
(Complete CV with other details as required as per the Application Forms).
Consultants will be
selected using the selection of individual consultant sub-method in accordance
with the Public Procurement Rules 2008. It is expected that the services will
commence on 1st June’2014 and shall continue up to June 2017 ( as Specified in TOR).
A complete set of “Request for Application”
including Terms of Reference may be obtained from the office of the undersigned
up to 07.04.2014 during normal office
hours.
Expression of Interest
shall be submitted by 2.00 PM on 08.04.2014 in sealed envelope delivered to The
Superintending Engineer (Technical Support), level-2, LGED Bhaban, Agargaon,
Dhaka-1207 and be clearly marked “Request for Expression of Interest for Selection
of (-------proposed position) as Individual Consultant”.
The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all EOIs.
