Request for Expression of
Interest (EOI)
For Selection of Firm/Company
for Providing Support staff Services
1.
Bangladesh Institute of Research and Training on
Applied Nutrition (BIRTAN) has received a public funds from the Government of
the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh (GOB) toward the cost of “Infrastructure
Development and Strengthening of (BIRTAN)” under Department of Agriculture
Extension (DAE) and intends to apply part of the fund for payments as
Management fee for LGED. LGED intends to apply part of the management fee for
payments for the provision
of Support Services of the projects (listed below) by a Firm/Company on
outsourcing basis.
2. The Local Government Engineering Department now invites eligible Applicants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Firm/Companies are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the Services (brochures, description of similar assignments, qualification and experience among staff, availability of appropriates staff, financial and technical capability, last 5(five) years turnover, logistic etc).
3.
An
Applicant may associate with other Firm/Company to enhance their
qualifications. A Firm/Company will be selected in accordance with the Public
Procurement Rules (PPR), 2008 of the People’s Republic of

5. Expression of Interest shall be submitted on or before 08 April, 2014 upto 3.00 PM in sealed envelop delivered to the office of the Superintending Engineer (Technical Support), LGED Bhaban(Level-2), Agargaon, Sher-e-Banglanagar, Dhaka-1207.
6. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
