Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for selection
of Firm/Company for Providing Support Staff Services.
The Local Government Engineering Department has been
allocated public fund from the Government of the People’s Republic of
Bangladesh towards the cost of the project and it intends to apply part of
these fund to payments under the contract for provision of Support Services
under the project by a firm/company on outsourcing basis.
The firm/company
will be engaged to provide services for the post of Office Assistant Cum-Computer Operator-2 Nos, Driver-02 Nos. &
Office Support-01 Nos. Under Greater Chittagong District Rural Infrastructure Development Project
(Chittagong & Cox’s Bazar District).
The Local
Government Engineering Department now invites eligible applicants to indicate
their interest in providing the service. Interested firms/companies are invited
to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the
services (brochures, description of similar assignments, qualification and
experience among staff, availability of appropriate staffs, etc.)
An applicant may associate with other firm/company to enhance their
qualifications. A firm/company will be selected in accordance with the Public
Procurement Rules, 2008 of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. It is expected
that the services will be commenced on 1st April 2016 and shall be completed on June, 2019.
Interested firm/company may obtain further
information by applying to the address below during normal office hours up to 14th
February 2016.

Expressions of interest shall be submitted on or before 16th February 2016, up to 3.00 pm in sealed envelope delivered to the Project Director, Greater Chittagong District Rural Infrastructure Development Project (Chittagong & Cox’s Bazar District), Level-10, LGED Bhaban, Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the EOIs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
