The Local
Government Engineering Department has been allocated public funds form the
Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (GOB) towards the cost of “Development
of Union Connecting Road &Infrastructure: Greater Chittagong (Chittagong
& Cox'sbazar) Project (Revised)” and it intends to apply part of these
funds to payments under the contract for the provision of Support Services under
the project by a firm/company on outsourcing basis. The firm/company will be engaged to provide services for the posts of Office
Assistant-1, Drivers-2 & MLSS-3 at
the Project Director Office during project period. The Local Government Engineering Department now invites eligible
applicants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested
firm/companies are invited to provide information indicating that they are
qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar
assignments, qualification and experience among staff, availability of
appropriate staff etc.) An applicant may associated with other firm/company to enhance their
qualifications. A firm/company will be selected in accordance with the Public
Procurment Rules/2008 of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. It is expected
that the services will be commenced on August, 2016 and completed on June 2018
or project completion date whichever comes earlier. Inerested firm/company may obtain further information by applying to
the address below during normal office hours. The services required for the
project are listed below:
Expressions of Interest (EOI) Shall be submitted on or before 10-08-2016
upto 3.00 pm in sealed envelope delivered to the Project Director, of
“Development of Union Connecting Road &Infrastructure: Greater Chittagong
(Chittagong & Cox'sbazar) Project (Revised)”, Level-8, LGED Bhaban,
Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207 and be clearly make Request for
Expression of Interest for Selection of Firm/Company for Staff Support
Services. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all the EOIs without assigning any reason whatsever.
