13. The qualifications and experiences of the consultants required for the assignment are as follows:

2.	Name of Position: Water Resources Planning and Infrastructure Design Specialist. Number of Position:02 (Two) Man Month:72 (2*36) (Total)	Bachelor’s degree in civil or water resources engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications	At least 20 years’ experience, including 15 years’ relevant to planning and designing SSWRProject for agricultural development.
3.	Name of Position:Senior Institutional Development & Monitoring Specialist Number of Position:01 (One) Man Month:46	Master’s degree in planning, local administration and public financial management, economics, development studies, or any other field for project management principles	At least 20 years’ experience , including 15 years’ relevant to institutional development as well as project monitoring in water management and agricultural development project.
4.	Name of Position: Hydrology Specialist Number of Position:01 (One) Man Month: 18	Bachelor’s degree in civil or water resources engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications	At least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years experience relevant to the task mentioned in TOR. Preferably in countries with similar conditions as Bangladesh. Registered Professional Engineer will get an extra advantage.
5.	Name of Position:Training Coordinator Number of Position:01 (One) Man Month:46	Master’s degree in any Discipline or equivalent professional qualifications	At least 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years relevant experience on management of training activities.
6.	Name of Position: MIS Specialist Number of Position:01 (One) Man Month:46	Bachelor degree in any engineering discipline or masters in computer sciences or equivalent professional qualifications	At least 10 years of experience, including 05 years in MIS database systems of SSWR project for increasing agricultural production
7.	Name of Position: Junior Water Resources Planning and Infrastructure Design Specialist Number of Position: 04 (Four) Man Month: 184 (4*46) (Total)	Bachelor’s degree in civil/water resources engineering/Agri-engineering	At least 5 years’ experience relevant to the task mentioned in TOR, preferably in countries with similar conditions as Bangladesh.
8.	Name of Position: Junior Institution Development and Monitoring Specialist Number of Position:01 (One) Man Month: 46	Masters degree in Social Sciences/Economics, or equivalent professional qualifications	At least 5 years’ experience relevant to the task mentioned in TOR
9.	Name of Position: CAD Specialist Number of Position:02(Two) Man Month: 92(2*46) (total)	At least 4 years Diploma degree in civil engineering/architecture/drafting	At least 5 years experiences in relevant field including CAD design, ability to model structural components intelligently and efficiently to ensure the integrity of the structure envelope.
10.	Name of Position: Planning, Design and Survey Assistant Number of Position:02(Two) Man Month: 72 (Total)	At least 4 years Diploma degree in civil engineering/architecture/drafting with 5 yrs experience or Bachelor degree .in relevant field.	At least 10 years experience with minimum 5 years in relevant to the task mentioned in TOR for 4 years Diploma degree or, minimum of 5 years experience relevant to the task mentioned in TOR for Bachelor degree.

The Project Director, Sustainable Small Scale Water Resources Development Project (SSSWRDP), LGED now invites eligible Applicants to apply for the positions. Applicants are invited to provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (complete CV with other details as required as per the Application Forms).

Consultant will be selected using the selection of individual consultant sub-method in accordance with Section 38 of the Public Procurement Act 2006 and Rule 112 & Rule 104(d) of the Public Procurement Rule 2008. It is expected that the services will be commenced in February 2018.
