15.	Brief Description of the Assignment	To promote planned development at Maheshkhali Upazila and enacting necessary policies for land use control. Local Government Division will be prepared a Master Plan for Maheshkhali Upazila of Cox’s Bazar District with the following components: (a) Strategic Policy Plan (b) Landuse Plan (c) Sectoral Plan i) Transportation Plan ii) Drainage and Environmental Management Plan, and iii) Utility & Socio-economic Infrastructure Plan
16.	LGED now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from experienced Individual Consultant (National) for the following positions:

	Urban Planning Specialist	18	He/she will have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional / Rural Planning. The consultant should have at least 8 years in the field of preparation of master plan, supervise and overall guidance in preparation of Master Plan.
