B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

At least 15 years of overall experiences, out of which 10 years relevant experience in construction , supervision , of roads , PC /RCC bridge/culverts etc.

LGED H/Q but perform frequent field visit as per LGED’s requirement

a) Review all project documents and give a suggestion about modifications as necessary to improve sustainability of infrastructure constructed under this project.

b) Supervision, Quality control and Monitoring the construction works of roads, bridge/ culverts and other infrastructure included in this project and all sorts of technical support including contract administration to Project Director.

c) Supervise the works of Supervision & Monitoring Engineer working at district level and provide guidance to them as required.(Detail as TOR)

or, Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution.

At least 10 years of overall experiences and 5 years relevant experience, in case of B Sc Engineering (Civil) & incase of Diploma Engineering (civil) with 20 years of overall experience out of which 10 years relevant experience in Supervision, Quality Control of roads, bridge/culverts, construction.

Office of the Executive Engineer LGED of Concern District and regular field visit as per LGED’s requirement

a) Supervise the construction work, ensure the quality of all construction works under this project as per required design & specification.

b) Provide all sorts of technical support including contract administration to Project Director .

c) Quantify the actual work done by the contractor as per required design & specification etc. (Detail as TOR)

18.	Other information	· Individual Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR-2008. · Detailed information may be collected from the undersigned during office hour.
