13.	LGED now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from a experienced Individual Consultant (National) under the following positions. The duration of the service is 24 (Twenty four) months.

Senior Architect	01 (One)	- Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree. - Experience: Should have 15(Fifteen) Years of experience in different organization relating to similar assignment - Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure. - Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice, BNBC, Dhaka Mohanagar Emarat (wbg©vY, Dbœqb, msiÿY I AcmviY - Nirman, Unnayan, Shongrokhkhon o Oposharon) Bidhimala, Chittagong Mohanagar Emarat (wbg©vY, Dbœqb, msiÿY I AcmviY - Nirman, Unnayan, Shongrokhkhon o Oposharon) Bidhimala and other recent code of practices etc. - Should have IAB & RAJUK Enlistment. - Computer proficiency in Auto CAD, 2D & 3D, 3D MAX, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Sketch up, Revit etc. - others job responsibility as stated in ToR
2.		Junior Architect	02 (Two)	- Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree. - Experience: Should have 5(Five) Years experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment - Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, plan, section, perspective view, working drawing etc. of Building and other infrastructure. - Should have IAB & RAJUK Enlistment. - Computer proficiency in Auto CAD, 2D & 3D, 3D MAX, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Sketch up, Revit etc. - And others job responsibility as stated in ToR
3.		Senior Structural Engineer	01 (One)	- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any recognized University. - Experience: Must have at least 15 Years working experience in the field of structural analysis and design of different types of high-rise Building. - Knowledge and experience in structural analysis and design with application of appropriate design software i.e. STAAD pro, ETABS, SAP, SAFE etc. - Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice i.e. BNBC, AASHTO, ACI & IRC etc. for analysis and structural design of Building and other job responsibility as stated in ToR
4.		Junior Structural Engineer	02 (Two)	- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any recognized University. - Experience: Must have at least 5 Years working experience in the field of structural analysis and design of different types of Building. - Knowledge and experience in structural analysis and design with application of appropriate design software i.e. STAAD pro, ETABS, SAP, SAFE etc. - Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice i.e. BNBC, AASHTO, ACI & IRC etc. for analysis and structural design of Building and others job responsibility as stated in ToR.
5.		Participation Expert	02 (Two)	- Educational Qualification: Masters in Social Science/ Public and Media Relations / Journalism/ Relevant discipline from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree. - Experience: Should have 10 (Ten) Years experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment - Should have excellent capacity in development participations, public relations or a related field; - Capability and proven experience in crafting participation strategies with rural people and implementing them; - Computer proficiency in appropriate software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and other job responsibility as stated in ToR
6.		Environmental Expert	01 (One)	- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor in Civil Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Urban and Regional Planning from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree. - Relevant working Experience: Should have 10 (Ten) Years experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment - Should have sound knowledge on CAD drawing, working drawing etc. - Should have knowledge on using standard code of practice, BNBC and other code of practices. - Computer proficiency in appropriate software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. other job responsibility as stated in ToR
7.		Legal Advisor	01 (One)	- Educational Qualifications: Academic Background (Masters) in Law from any recognized University of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree. - Relevant working Experience: Should have 10 (Ten) Years experiences and practicing experience at courts. He she should be a member of Bar Association at district/ divisional level or at national level. - Should have sound knowledge on Legal procedures relating to land disputes, contractual matters etc. - Computer proficiency in appropriate software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. other job responsibility as stated in ToR
8.		Auto CAD Expert	10 (Ten)	- Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Equivalent Degree /Diploma in Civil/Architecture from any recognized Institute of Bangladesh or Equivalent Degree/ Candidate having drafting course in Auto CAD or similar software may also apply. - Experience: Should have 5 (Five) Years (Eight years experiences required for candidates having drafting course) working experiences in different organization relating to similar assignment in relevant fields like 2D drawing of Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing etc. - other job responsibility as stated in ToR
