Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)

for

Individual Consultant [National]

 

The People’s Republic of Bangladesh has allocated a fund under Development Budget and intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments under the contracts for Consultancy Services by Individual Consultant under Feasibility Study for Important Bridge Construction on Rural Roads Project  ( 1st Revised). The objective of this assignment is to assist Project Director to monitor, verify the Environmental Impact Assessment and Economic Feasibility Study reports prepared by the consulting firm appointed under the project and other related activities of the project.  The undersigned on behalf of Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) now invites eligible Individuals (Individual Consultants) to indicate their interests in providing the Services. Interested Individual Consultants / Persons should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. Details of the services are as follows.

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science from any recognized institutes / Universities

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.

 

The applicant will be selected in accordance with the Selection of Individual Consultant (SIC) method as per PPA-2006 and PPR-2008. The applicant must have computer skills in relevant software and will be given preference. Other requirements will be available in Terms of Reference (TOR) set in the SRFA. The copy of Standard Request for Application (SRFA) available in the address below should be filled up and delivered to the undersigned in sealed envelope on or before 20 November 2018 during office hours and should clearly be marked as “Expression of Interest (EOI) for Socio-Economist  or  Environmental Specialist”.  Submission through E-mail (the name of the position mentioned in the subject line) will also be accepted provided it is delivered within the deadline. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all EOI's.
