15.	Brief Description of the Assignment	The consultancy services is to conduct digital topographical survey, sub-soil investigation, preparing design, drawings, cost estimates, tender documents, land acquisition and resettlement plan (if required) etc. in compliance with the guidelines of Government of Bangladesh (GOB) in connection with the construction of the all structure to be implemented under this project
16.	Experience, Resources & Delivery Capacity Required	The EoIs would be evaluated on the basis of the following information: a) b) Legal Documents of the Firm (Trade license, IT, VAT etc.) c) Age of firm (Years in relevant business) d) Availability of key professionals to perform the assignment e) Turnover of the Firm for last five years f) Experience of the firm in similar tasks/assignments (Completed during last 10 years) g) Experience of the firm in other works (Completed during last 10 years) h) Support Services (Office Space, Support Staff, Logistics, Equipment)
17.	Other Information	a) Consulting firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the PPR-2008. b) Interested firm are requested to collect the prescribed EoI submission Format A from the undersigned office during office hour. c) 1 (One) Original and 1 (One) copy, total 2 (two) numbers of EoI shall be submitted separately in a sealed envelope through Registered post, or delivered by hand to the following address by 2:00 pm, Date: 20.11.2018.
