Degree in Urban and Regional/Rural Planning will give preference; - 15 years’
overall experience in that at least 10 years’ experience in urban development
projects particularly on Preparation of Master Plan/ Detailed Area plan/
Action Area Plan and urban governance; - Computer
literacy ability to work in word processing, excel and power point & Arc
GIS are also mandatory; |

- Bachelor’s
degree in any recognized
university/institute. Master’s Degree will give
preference; -

least 10 years of general experience, including 3 years experience in Project
Monitoring, Administration and co-ordination; -

GIS are also mandatory; |

Junior Urban Specialist |

degree in Urban and Regional/Rural Planning from any recognized university/institute. Master’s
Degree in Urban and Regional/Rural Planning will give preference; -

years experience in overall urban planning and development project and at
last 2 years experience in formulation of physical development plan and
management at Upazila Towns (non-municipal) level Bangladesh; -
Computer
literacy ability to work in word processing, excel and power point & Arc
GIS are also mandatory; |
