Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 (One hundred twenty) days applicable after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury Chelan /bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.

The Tender security along with non-responsive Tender will be refunded after evaluation by the TEC as it is non-responsive, others Tender security will be refunded after signing agreement with the lowest bidder and approved by the Procuring entity.

As per Bill quantities (BOQ), the Cost of Salvage Materials ( Fixed amount) will be deducted from the bill submitted by the contractor.

If the quoted rate of a Tenderer is more than or less than 5% of Official Estimated cost, then the Tender shall be rejected as per The Public Procurement Act, 2009 ( 2nd amendment).
