five percent ) of the official Estimated amount then the tender shall be
rejected as per the public procurement
Act 2009(2nd Amendment). |

Tender Shall be valid for a period of 120 days
after tender opening and must be accompanted by the tender security specified
above. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of
the undersign and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasurey
chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their
authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tender. The
authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |
