The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the Construction of
(i) WMCA Office (12.0m x 6.0m)
including Rain Water Harvesting, Electrification, Supply of Office
Furniture of WMCA Office under Harintana Gholer Khal Subprojcet
{SP-45197 (IFAD-2)} Upazila: Dacope,
District: Khulna.

Only eligible bidders meeting the qualification criteria stated in the
bidding document, including the following key criteria, may participate in this
bidding, either as a single entity or in Joint Venture.
·
Participation in at least one contract that has been successfully or
substantially completed within the last 5(five) years and that is similar to
the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds BTD
10.00 (Ten) lakh. In case of joint venture, One partner must meet the
requirement;
·
Minimum average annual construction turnover of BTD 21.00 (Twenty one)
lakh. calculated as total certified payment received
for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3(three) years. In case
of joint venture, all partners combined must meet the requirement, each partner
must meet 25% of this requirement and one partner must meet 40% of the
requirement.

Should fulfill the requirement of financial resources as mentioned in
the bidding documents.

National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s
Single-Stage: One Envelop procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible
source countries

The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to
annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract
