(a) Name of work: Re excavation of 3 nos. Khal totaling 2.833 Km and Constructing of 4 nos. RCC drain, totaling 1.88 Km under Galachipa Pourashava, District: Patuakhali.

(b) The Tender Price BDT 4000.00 (Four Thousand)

(c) Tender Security BDT 8,25,000.00 (Eight Lac Twenty Five Thousand only)

2. All other Terms and Conditions as laid down in the original Invitation For e-tender (IFT) will remain unchanged.

3. This Amendment Notice will also form a part of the tender Document and shall be binding upon the Tenderers.
