05.	Date, Time and place of opening of tender		:	Date : 09 November/ 2010, Time : 4.00 P.M and Place: Office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, Sherpur.
06.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security mentioned above in the form of B.D/P.O from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, LGED, Sherpur. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents by Treasury chalan (Code No. 1 - 3 7 3 1 - 0 0 0 0 - 2 3 6 6) from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.
07.	Any Government instructions regarding Procurement will be effective for this invitation for tender.
