7.This
invitation for tender is available on the website www.lged.gov.bd
8. Tender price must not exceed 5% less or above
of the official estimated amount. Failing which the tender must be rejected.
9. .Tender shall be valid for a period of 120
days after bid opening and must be accompained by the tender security specified
in section-5. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderer may obtain further
information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in
cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer
or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of
tenders.
