documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above.
The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the
opening of tenders |

If the quoted amount of any tender is more than 5%
above or less than the estimated cost, his tender shall be summarily
rejected. |
