(i) The minimum period of
General experiencein construction works Shall be 5
(five) years. (ii) The minimum specific Experience as a prime
contractor or sub contractor or management contractor in construction works
of at least two ‘2’ contacts of similar nature, complexity and methods/
construction technology successfully completed with in the llast five years each with a value of a least Tk. 150 (One hundred fifty lacs
Taka. (iii) Required Annual average Construction turnover
shall be greater than Tk. 300 (Three hundred) lac Taka over the last five years. (iv) Minimum amount of free found (liquid asset)
and/ or credit facility net of other contractual commitments of the
successful tenderer shall be 75 (seventy five) Lac
Taka. (v) Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender
document. |
