- The payment shall be made on availability of fund from BPPFIDP
- If the quoted rates are abnormally higher or lower
than the present market price, analysis of rate must be submitted by the
tenderer.
- The authority reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tender without assigning any reasons.
