6. A pre-tender Meeting will be held 01.11.2016 at 11.30 AM in the
office of the undersigned and all tenders are requested to attend meeting in
time.
7. All terms and conditions as stated in the Public Procurement Act
2006 & Public Procurement rules-2008 will be followed.
8. Payment will
be made after receiving of fund.
9. Tender shall be valid for period of 120 days after tender opening
and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested
tenderers may obtain further information from the undersigned office for
purchase the tender documents in cash/bank draft from the places mentioned
above. Interested tenderers or their authorized representative are allowed to
attend of opening of tender. The Authority reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
