Eligibility of Tenderer |
i.
The Minimum period of General experience in
construction works shall be 5 (five)
years. ii.
The minimum specific experience as a prime
contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of
at least One contract of similar nature (construction of multi-storied
building), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully
completed in full or in eighty percent (80%) at the time of tender submission
or within the last 5 years with a value of at least BDT- 260 (Two hundred
sixty) lacs (For package No(a). LGED/ECRRP/BAG/10-11/NW-08) &
BDT- 227 (Two hundred twenty seven) lacs (For Package No. (b)LGED/ECRRP/BAG/10-11/NW-10) iii.
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT- 440 (Four hundred forty) lacs over the
last five years (For Package No.(a) LGED/ECRRP/BAG/10-11/NW-08) BDT- 383 (Three hundred eighty three) lacs over the
last five years (For Package No.(b) LGED/ECRRP/BAG/10-11/NW-10). Audited Balance sheet for last 3 years to be
provided. iv.
The minimum
amount of free funds (liquid assets)
and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the
successful Tenderer shall be BDT- 110 (One hundred Ten) lacs (For Package No.(a)
LGED/ECRRP/BAG/10-11/NW-08)
& BDT- 96 (Ninety six) lacs (For
Package No.(b) LGED/ECRRP/BAG/10-11/NW-10) v.
