Eligibility of Tenderer

                           i.      The Minimum period of general experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years.

                          ii.      The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction work of at least two (2) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least 145 (One hundred forty five) Lac Taka.

                        iii.      Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 290 (Two hundred ninety) lac Taka over the last five years.

                        iv.      Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 75 (Seventy five) lacs.

                         v.      Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
