06. PW2a ITT Clause No 14.4 The Tender Price should not be more than 5% ( Five Percent) or Less than 5% (Five Percent) of the official Estimated cost. Failing which the tender shall be rejected.

 

Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned.

 

 

07. All the Tenderer must be accompanied by a tender Security mentioned in Bangladesh Taka in the form of either Pay Order or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee for tender Security from any Schedule Bank in favor of the Mayor, Joypurhat Pourashava, Joypurhat and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers.

 

08. The tenderer or their-authorized representative are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.

 

09. The authority reserves the right to accept any tender or to accept any part of the tender or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof and in such case no compensation on will be entertained.
