Eligibility of Tenderer
|
i. The
Minimum period of general experience in construction works shal be 5(five)
years.
ii. The
Minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction work of at least two (2) contracts of
similar nature. complexity and menthods/construction technology successfully
completed within the last 5 years each with a value of a least 165(One
hundred sixty five) lac Taka.
iii. Required
average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 300(Three
hundred) lac Taka over the last five years
iv. Minimum
amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facilities net of other
contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 75 (Seventy
Five) lacs.
v. Other
qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
