authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The shedule amounting beyond 5% than the estimated Cost shall
be rejected as per
amendment of PPA’2006 published in Bangladesh Gazette, Nov
12,2009. (Reference amendment of Section 19 of Act 24,2006.) The
authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
